Prime Print Co exists because London needed a printer that takes the work seriously — without making everything feel like a corporate sales process. We're hands-on, opinionated, and refreshingly honest about what we can and can't do.

We started Prime Print Co in 2019 with one DTF printer, a vinyl cutter and a stubborn belief that print shops should answer their phones. Six years later, we're a North London studio with more machines, a bigger team, and the same standards we started with.
We're not the cheapest. We're not the biggest. We're the ones who reply when you call, quote honestly, and ship when we said we would. That's the reputation we're building — one job at a time, the slow and proper way.
Today we work with London brands, teams, studios and hospitality groups — from independent fashion labels to gym chains and football clubs. Every job goes through the same studio, the same hands, the same quality standard. No subcontracting, no hidden suppliers.

Answer the phone.
Real people, real time, real answers. No bots, no ticket queues, no "someone will get back to you." Studio hours, the studio answers.
Quote what we'll charge.
The number you receive at quote stage is the number on your invoice. No surprise setup fees, no rush charges sneaked in later, no "artwork was harder than expected."
Print as if we'll wear it.
Every garment leaves the studio at a quality we'd hand to a friend. If it isn't good enough for that, it isn't good enough to ship.
Ship when we promised.
Deadlines are non-negotiable, including ours. If we said Friday, it's Friday — even if that means staying late, working weekends or paying for premium courier.
