Delivery Policy

1. Dispatch and turnaround

Our typical turnaround is 3–5 working days, measured from when you approve your proof — not from when you place the order. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and larger or more complex orders may take longer. If we expect a delay, we will let you know.

2. Delivery and collection options

You can choose UK delivery or free collection from our West London studio at checkout. Delivery is to the address you provide at checkout. Any delivery charge is shown clearly before you pay; collection has no charge.

3. Your responsibilities

Please make sure the delivery address you give is complete and correct — we cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, and a re-delivery may incur a further charge. Please also make sure the artwork, sizes and quantities you approve are correct, as production follows your approved proof.

4. Delays and issues

Once an order leaves us it is handled by a third-party courier, and occasional courier delays are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us and we will help track it and put things right. If an order arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Cancellations Policy.
