Getting your order
Delivery & collection
At checkout you can choose UK delivery or free collection from our North London studio. Delivery goes to the address you provide, and any delivery charge is shown clearly before you pay — collection is always free.
Because everything is made to order, timing runs from proof approval, not from when you order. Estimated turnaround: 3–5 working days after final proof approval. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
