Polo Shirt Printing in London

From £12.99 each for the Kids Polo, with one Medium (A4-ish) print included: Classic Polo £16.99, Women's Polo £16.99, Kids Polo £12.99. Quantity discounts take that lower — 5% from 2, 10% from 5, 15% from 10, 20% from 25, 25% from 50, 30% from 100 — and the builder shows your exact price before you pay.

Left chest or across the back, each style with its own panel size: Classic Polo left chest up to 10×10cm and back up to 30×40cm; Women's Polo left chest up to 10×10cm and back up to 30×40cm; Kids Polo left chest up to 8×8cm and back up to 26×34cm. The knitted collar and button placket rule out a full front print, and polos do not currently offer a sleeve print. A first print larger than Medium (A4-ish) adds £2.00 for Large (A3-ish) or £4.00 for Extra-large; a second placement, such as chest plus back, is Small (pocket) £3.00, Medium (A4-ish) £5.00, Large (A3-ish) £7.00, Extra-large £9.00 per garment.

The polo shirt, one Medium (A4-ish) print (up to 650cm², roughly A4), an artwork check and a proof you approve before we print. Larger sizes carry a small surcharge: 3XL–4XL add £1.00, 5XL–6XL add £1.50 per garment.

PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS or PSD, up to 50MB. For a sharp print use vector artwork or an image at 150dpi or more at print size, ideally a PNG with a transparent background. We check every file and send a proof, so we will flag anything that would print badly before it does.

UK delivery is £4.95 per order. UK delivery is free on orders of £100 or more. The order value is your basket subtotal after discounts, before delivery; clothing and DTF transfer baskets check out as separate orders. Collection from our Finsbury Park studio (London N7) is free. Estimated turnaround: 3–5 working days after final proof approval.

Online orders go up to 249 of a style per line, with the quantity discount applied automatically. For larger runs, a fixed deadline or anything non-standard, request a quote and we price it individually. Approved trade accounts get a further 10%, 15%, 20% off, up to 45% combined with quantity discounts, plus saved templates for repeat team orders.

All three share the same 220gsm poly-cotton fabric, so the choice is fit and sizing, not quality. The Classic Polo is a unisex cut in XS–6XL, the Women's Polo is a fitted cut sized to UK dress sizes 8–22, and the Kids Polo runs from 2 to 13 years. You can mix all three in one order.

The polos on this page are 50% polyester / 50% cotton at 220gsm, reactive dyed and washable at 60°C. Our Workwear Polo is 100% polyester piqué at 200gsm, moisture-wicking and washable at 30°C, aimed at long shifts and daily wear — see the workwear printing page for that range.
