How do I get a price?
Start an order, choose your product and options, and the price updates instantly as you build. No need to wait for a quote.
Do I have to create an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. You can create an account later, and previous orders linked to your email will appear once you do.
When do you start printing?
For clothing we check your artwork after payment and send a proof; production starts once you approve it. For DTF transfers we check the artwork by hand and print — there is no separate proof, and we contact you only if something would print badly.
What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS and PSD. We preview what we can and flag low resolution or background issues before you commit.
What is your turnaround time?
Estimated turnaround is 3–5 working days after approval — proof approval for clothing, artwork approval for DTF transfers. Rush options may be available on some products.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Apply for a trade account for trade pricing, repeat templates, invoices and account terms. Trade pricing is enabled after approval.
Can I collect my order in London?
Yes. You can choose UK delivery or collection at checkout. Collection has no delivery charge.
Can I change my mind after ordering?
You can request a cancellation before you approve your proof (clothing) or before we approve your artwork (DTF transfers). After approval, production may have started, so changes are handled case by case.
