A gang sheet is one continuous sheet of film carrying all your designs at once, so you are buying transfer area rather than individual sheets. Upload every file, set how many copies of each you need, then resize, rotate and nudge them together — the tighter you pack, the shorter the sheet you pay for.
The builder tracks the length your layout actually reaches, keeps every piece inside the 56cm printable area with a minimum gap between pieces, and offers you the shorter length at its lower price if you finish short of the one you selected. Prefer not to lay it out at all? Choose 'Build it for me' and our studio arranges the sheet.

Gang sheets are priced by the metre across the full 56cm printable width of our 60cm film, and the rate steps down as the sheet gets longer — from £14.99 down to £7.99 per metre. Choose a preset roll or set any length from 10cm to 100m. You pay for the full sheet length you choose, even blank space — and longer sheets get a lower per-metre rate.
Near the top of a band we charge the next band’s price, so a longer sheet never costs less — the builder tells you when the next length up is free.

Layout
Packing the sheet
- Upload as many designs as you like and set the number of copies of each. Resize, rotate and nudge them together to close the gaps.
- The builder holds at least 1cm between pieces and keeps everything inside the 56cm printable width, flagging anything that runs past it before you pay.
- Finish short of the length you picked and the builder offers to trim the sheet to what you used, at the shorter length’s price.
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS or PSD, up to 50MB per file — vector artwork or 150dpi and above at the size you will press it, ideally a PNG with a transparent background. Preparing artwork covers the rest.

What happens after you pay
We check, then print
Every sheet is checked by hand before it goes on the machine. There is no separate proof to approve — we contact you only if something would print badly. Estimated turnaround: 3–5 working days after artwork approval.
Delivery, then pressing
UK delivery is £4.95 per order (free on orders of £100 or more), or collect free from our Finsbury Park studio. Sheets arrive ready to cut out and press onto your own garments.
Pressing DTF transfers has the settings and troubleshooting; delivery policy has the rest.

How much does a DTF gang sheet cost?
Priced by the metre on the 56cm printable width, for any length from 10cm to 100m — 1 metre £14.99, 2 metres £25.98 — and the rate steps down with length: £14.99 per metre under 2m, stepping down to £12.99 (2m+), £11.49 (5m+), £9.99 (10m+), £8.99 (25m+) and £7.99 (50m+). How do I fit the most designs on one sheet?
Set the number of copies per design, then resize, rotate and nudge them together. The builder keeps at least 1cm between pieces and everything inside the 56cm printable width of our 60cm film, and flags anything that runs past it before you pay. If your layout finishes short of the length you picked, it offers to trim the sheet to what you used at the lower price.
Can I order the same gang sheet again?
Yes — send us the order reference for the sheet you want repeating and we set the same layout up again. Approved trade accounts also get saved repeat templates and order history in the trade portal.
How long does a gang sheet take, and is there a proof?
UK delivery is £4.95 per order. UK delivery is free on orders of £100 or more. The order value is your basket subtotal after discounts, before delivery; clothing and DTF transfer baskets check out as separate orders. Collection from our Finsbury Park studio (London N7) is free. Estimated turnaround: 3–5 working days after artwork approval. There is no separate proof to approve — we check your artwork by hand and contact you if anything needs a second look.
Can I mix different designs and sizes on one sheet?
Yes — any number of designs, any sizes, and as many copies of each as you need, as long as everything fits inside the 56cm printable width with the minimum gap between pieces.
Does a gang sheet arrive already on garments?
No. A gang sheet is film: you cut each design out and heat-press it onto your own stock. We do not press onto clothing you send us.
Do I need a trade account to order gang sheets?
No — anyone can build and order one online at the same length-based per-metre rates. A trade account adds saved repeat templates, order history, invoices and payment terms once approved.
