How much does custom T-shirt and hoodie printing cost in the UK?
Real 2026 prices for custom-printed T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos and tote bags in the UK — what's included, what pushes the price up, and how bulk pricing actually works.
6 min read
Most UK printers won't give you a real number until you've filled in a quote form and waited for a reply. Here's what we actually charge — live prices, not a range plucked from a rate card, because that's what our own order builder shows every customer before they pay.
What the headline price includes
Every garment price below includes one print up to A4-ish size, so there's no separate "print fee" to add on for a single chest or front design. Add a second placement, or go larger than A4, and that's priced on top — see "what pushes the price up" below. Prices are shown as final numbers: we're not VAT-registered, so there's no VAT to add.

What pushes the price up
- A larger first print. The headline price covers up to roughly A4 size. Go larger and the first print costs a little more — it's shown before you pay, never a surprise at checkout.
- Extra print positions. Front is included; add a back print, a left-chest logo, or a sleeve print (on the T-shirt styles that offer one) and each extra position is priced separately, from a few pounds each depending on size.
- Larger sizes. 3XL and 4XL add a small surcharge per garment; 5XL and 6XL add slightly more. It applies per size, not per order, so it never affects the smaller sizes in the same run.
How bulk pricing actually works
Order more and the per-unit price drops automatically — no code to enter, no separate bulk quote. Add quantity in the builder and watch the total change in real time; by the time you're ordering 10 of something, the per-unit price is already noticeably lower than ordering 1, and it keeps improving as the quantity grows. Above 249 units of a single item, online ordering caps out and it becomes a manual quote — get in touch for runs that size.
Common pricing questions
- Is there a minimum order? No. Order one T-shirt or a hundred — the price per unit just gets better as you add more.
- Do you charge VAT? No — we're not VAT-registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
- What's delivery? A flat rate, or free if you collect from our North London studio.
- Can I get trade pricing? Yes, on top of the prices above — apply for a trade account if you order regularly.
